Reservations can be made by calling (513) 421-3555 anytime Monday-Friday, 10 am-5 pm, in person during box office hours, or online. Ticket reservations are not accepted via email.
Single-ticket purchases are final sales with no refund. Single tickets may, however, be exchanged for another performance during the run of a show for a fee, but may not be exchanged from one production to another. If a patron is a no-show for their reserved performance, ETC is under no obligation to reschedule his or her tickets or to issue a tax credit.
Minimum age is 4 years old. All children attending a production must have a parent or guardian present with them and must have their own purchased seat. No babes in arms are permitted in the theatre. As a courtesy to other patrons, disruptive children will be asked to leave.
If for any reason you cannot attend your performance and cannot reschedule for another date, tickets released prior to performances by calling the ETC box office are fully deductible as a charitable contribution. Tickets may not be released via email. No-shows or tickets released after curtain time do not qualify as tax credits.
Latecomers & Admittance
Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager's discretion. Latecomers may be denied admission depending upon the demands or structure of a particular production. Should you need to leave the theatre during a performance, re-admittance is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the House Manager. ETC reserves the right to deny admission and/or remove any disruptive patrons from the theatre at any time.
Restrooms are located in the hallway near the elevator on the first floor and near the third floor bar. Should you need to use the restroom during a performance, please exit the theatre the same way you came in. You will be reseated at the discretion of the House Manager.
Cameras, Cell Phones & Stage
Actors' Equity Association and Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati strictly prohibit the use of cameras or recording devices of any kind (including camera phones) in the theatre. Kindly turn off any cell phones or pagers prior to the show starting. Text messaging or other use of cell phones during the show disturbs other audience members and actors and will not be tolerated and patrons may be asked to leave. For safety reasons, patrons are strictly prohibited from standing, sitting or otherwise being or putting anything onstage at any time.
